On a 5.6 × 11 m lot, a slender 15.6 m tower stacks a 4.9 m ground floor, two 3.6 m levels, and a stair core. A 250 mm rigid frame keeps the two eight-seat dining rooms column-free, allowing them to spotlight produce from Hokkaido—Japan’s northernmost island famed for pristine seafood.

Ground-floor sushi bar Roppou glows behind a white noren; split-bamboo waves and a shell-inlaid terrazzo counter evoke the shore. Above, diners slip through a vermilion passage into SAIKONTAN’s bamboo-shoot earthen cocoon. Tea-room rigor sculpts twin worlds in 60 m².
